The concept of "organization" (organizo - lat) means the creation of order from chaos, its ordering, literally: "giving a slender look." Organizational activity involves the establishment of interaction between people to regulate the process of work or to solve any specific tasks.
The essence of such an activity is the management and control of people using certain rules, techniques and methods. Any organizational activity is aimed at creating a mechanism for managing elements of organizational systems to solve tasks and achieve specific goals.
Activities or marketing can be carried out by any community of people, staff, enterprise, company. They represent a single whole in the process of interaction with other organizations, the subject of management is at the head - the head. The basis of organizational activity is the quality system of the subject of management, its organizational abilities, including:
- purposeful function
- administrative function
- communicative regulatory function
- disciplinary function
- expert advisory function
- psychotherapeutic function
- representation function.
The harmonious development of the enterprise depends on the awareness and fulfillment by each member of its basic functions, rights and obligations.
Types of Organizational Activities
In modern marketing, there are three fundamental types of organizational activity:
- decision making
- development and creation of programs and plans
- structuring and ensuring the functioning of the enterprise team.
As the main ones you can specify the organization of the state of the control object and the organization of processes. The first type involves structuring the enterprise, and the second - the features of using these structures for their intended purpose.
Organizational subjects
Organizational activity is carried out by objects and entities that have the ability to make decisions and participate in the management of an enterprise or organization. The subject is a separate element of the enterprise or subsystem included in the structure of the management system. This can be either one member of the team or his group. The subject is authorized to provide control, make decisions and carry out general management of the enterprise.
One and the same subject of management can be either the head of the company, or enter into his middle link, that is, at the same time be the object of management. The authority of the subject of management is fixed in the basic provisions of the enterprise, as well as in job descriptions.
Forms of organizational activity
Organizational activity was formed over a long time, so it received many forms of management. So, the most common are the collective and individual form. One of the most ancient types of the collective is the family. Subsequently, on the basis of this unit of society, other organizational structures developed, namely: settlement, community, nation, state, as well as various organizational associations.
Based on the principles of management, four forms of organizational activity have arisen and exist:
- totalitarian
- authoritarian
- a democratic
- market.
Of all the forms, the most common is the collective (market) form of management. Its principle is the natural organization of the process, which develops in accordance with the laws of the internal development of the enterprise.
Principles of Organizational Activities
Each organization complies with the basic laws that enable it to achieve certain results of its activities. The head in organizing the activities of the enterprise is guided by the fundamental principles:
- management principle
- rationalism principle
- principle of regularity
- the principle of human relations.
However, the principle of respect and observance of human rights is an unshakable principle for any reasonable leader.
