Family, early years
Koposova Olga was born in Moscow on March 28, 1970. Her father is a geologist, her mother is an employee of the Office of the Diplomatic Corps, for many years she was a translator at the Embassy of Bangladesh.
Olga has a twin sister, whose name is Anna. Since the parents were very busy, the girls were sent to kindergarten for five days. Later, the sisters attended a sports school, where they played basketball. Classes were not in vain, they taught girls to discipline. Growing up, Olga continued to maintain friendly relations with other members of the basketball team.
When the girls were 13 years old, the parents broke up, but the father did not stop communicating with his daughters. At school, Olga studied well. She was fond of vocals, graduated from music college. Koposova tried to get to the Shchukin school, GITIS, but to no avail.
Creative career
Koposova began acting in films in 1988, when she was 18 years old. At Mosfilm, she and other girl basketball players were invited to graduation at a sports school. She appeared in several episodic roles. Her data remained in the Mosfilm file cabinet.
From time to time, Koposov was invited to minor roles, and the skills acquired in a sports school were also useful on the set. Olga’s filmography includes the films “Law”, “Casino”, “Barkhanov and his bodyguard”, “Composition for Victory Day”, “Next” and others. The fan of the actress was the famous Dzhigarkhanyan Armen.
In 2006, Olga starred in the film "Happy Together", the film "In the Tango Rhythm". Olga got into the series "Trace" almost by accident. She came to the test, but her character was suitable for the project. At first, Koposova wanted to offer the role of an expert, and then decided that she could play Colonel Rogozin.
Thanks to her character, Koposova changed internally, she began to behave bolder and more confident. The actress is often reproached for being "stuck in the same series", however, Olga Igorevna comments on these statements by the fact that she has no goal to play a large number of roles.
