Youth of Elizabeth Nikishikhina
Elizaveta Nikishikhina was born on May 17, 1941 in Moscow. The childhood of the future actress passed away from her parents: after the war they left to restore Germany and took with them only two sons. Lisa stayed with her grandmother in the Soviet Union.
After the 9th grade, Elizabeth decided to enter the studio that worked at the Stanislavsky Theater. Father did not welcome such a decision: he considered the acting profession not serious. The girl left home and settled in the hostel. She reconciled with her parents much later - when she herself became a mother.
The creative way of the actress
Elizabeth Nikishikhina began her creative career in the theater. Success came to her after the play "Antigone", where she played with Evgeny Leonov. After that, offers of work in the cinema began to come. But the first movie roles in Elizabeth were passing.
In 1966, the actress was noticed by the creative tandem of Vladimir Naumov and Alexander Alov. After meeting with the masters of cinema, Elizabeth starred in the film adaptation of Dostoevsky’s short story “A Bad Joke”.
The roles that were subsequently offered to play the actress turned out to be somewhat one-sided. Her heroines were exotic, rustic and non-standard. With particular pleasure, Elizaveta Sergeevna played in children's films. The Soviet audience forever remembered her as an assistant to Professor Gromov in the multi-part film Adventures of Electronics.
In addition, Nikishikhina starred in the films “And It's All About Him, ” “Yesterday, Today, and Always, ” “It's All About the Brother.” She happened to work on the set with Igor Kostolevsky, Larisa Udovichenko, Arkady Raikin, Georgy Vitsin, Alisa Freindlikh, Vera Glagoleva.
Many remember the image created by Nikishikhina of a resident of a communal apartment in Pokrovsky Gates. And in the movie "Enchanters" Elizaveta Sergeevna reincarnated as a member of the commission, which was entrusted with checking the action of the magic wand. Very successful critics consider the role of Sobakevich’s wife in the film Dead Souls.
Nikishishchina negatively reacted to those images that she was offered to play in the 90s. She did not consider it possible for herself to embody ugliness and degradation on the screen. One of the roles that were remembered by the audience at that time was the image of Vera Zasulich created by Nikishikhina in the TV series "The Split" (1993).
