The name of the talented artist Nadezhda Rusheva in Tuvan sounds like Naydan, which in translation from her native language means "forever alive." Parents who gave their daughter such a name did not assume that she would die early, but would leave a great creative legacy.

The beginning of the way
Nadia Rusheva was born in 1952. A creative family atmosphere influenced her further biography. Father is a famous theater artist. Mother is the first ballerina of Tuva. The girl was born in the Mongolian capital, but after half a year the Rushevs moved to Moscow, his father got a job on television.
For the first time, the little artist showed her talent at the age of five. He woke up unexpectedly, because no one taught her to draw, as well as writing and reading. By the first class, she painted little by little, but daily, honing her skills. Love for creativity once turned into a real record. While dad was reading aloud to Pushkin's Tale of Tsar Saltan, a seven-year-old girl created 36 sketches for the work in one evening.
Creation
The first exhibition of works by a novice artist took place at 12 years old. Vernissage arranged the youth magazine "Youth". Soon he published on his pages Nadina illustrations for the novel "Newton's Apple." Work on the novels "War and Peace", "Master and Margarita" glorified it as a book graphic. But the teenage girl in her heart remained a child and dreamed of a career as an animator.
Among the most famous works of Rusheva - illustrations for fairy tales and myths, works of classics of Russian literature, in total - about fifty authors. Her drawings appeared immediately white, without sketches, even she did not need an eraser. She said that she “sees” them, the outlines appearing on paper can only be circled with a pencil. Many critics of this temporarily regarded the young talent who did not have an art education behind him, very cautious. But this did not bother her and did not stop her, but on the contrary became an incentive for further development. She was able to accurately convey the character of the heroes and the mood of the work, in the simple lines of her pencil and watercolor drawings, the characters came to life. The ease of technology and the perception of the world were far beyond the scope of children's creativity.
Among Nadine’s works are sketches for the ballet Anna Karenina. Years later, the work saw the theatrical stage, the leading part in it went to the unsurpassed Maya Plisetskaya.
The legacy of Nadezhda Rusheva totals 12 thousand drawings. Some were presented to relatives and friends, something remained at the early shows. Most of the work is in the metropolitan museums of Pushkin and Tolstoy, in the museum of the artist in the city of Kyzyl and the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences. Exhibitions of talented graphics were held in many countries of the world.
