Childhood and youth
The character of a person is formed not only by the social environment, but also by natural conditions. Siberians have long been considered strong and reliable people. Maxim Georgievich Kudryavtsev underwent initial hardening in his native places. The future State Duma deputy was born on August 29, 1975 in an intelligent Soviet family. Parents lived in the village of Pervomaysky of the famous Biysk district of the Altai Territory. My father worked as the director of the Gorno-Altai state farm technical school and taught history. Mother worked in the same college as a chemistry and biology teacher.
Maxim grew and developed in a favorable environment. From an early age he was accustomed to creative work. The boy worked not only in the garden. Adults took him with them to the taiga to pick berries and mushrooms. In his teens, he went fishing with friends. As a high school student, he was actively involved in tourism and orienteering. He was fond of rafting on mountain rivers. When the time came to choose a profession, Kudryavtsev decided to get an education at the Faculty of Radio Engineering at Novosibirsk Technical University.
Production and social activities
In 1998, having received a diploma, Kudryavtsev began his production career as an equipment maintenance engineer in the Gorno-Altai telecommunication center. A young specialist takes part in the reconstruction of the enterprise. Outdated analog equipment is being replaced with new, digital. In 2002, Maxim was appointed assistant director of a branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC. In 2011, he was transferred to the post of director of the Omsk branch of Rostelecom. A year later, Kudryavtsev was transferred to the city of student youth Novosibirsk.
In the fall of 2015, Maxim Georgievich was elected a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region. In this position, he had to deal with issues of transport, industry and the media. A year later, Kudryavtsev was elected a deputy of the State Duma on the lists of the United Russia party. In this post, he became a member of the Committee on Information Policy, Public Relations and New Technologies. For a short period of time, he co-authored many legislative initiatives and amendments to the Federal Laws.
