Lori Petty is an American actress, screenwriter and director. She began her film career in the late 1980s. It became widely known after playing the role of Tyler Ann Endicot in the film "On the crest of a wave."

Lori was born in the United States in the fall of 1963. Very little is known about her parents. Father was a minister of the Pentecostal church.
