Before moving to a permanent place of residence, you need to live in the country for at least a couple of months. During this time, you can decide whether you like it there or not. But, unfortunately, most people do not have such an opportunity, they are forced to make decisions remotely, i.e. without actually getting to know the country.
In the same city, different people feel differently, even if they have completely identical conditions. It is impossible to say exactly in which country you will be comfortable and pleasant to live and work. But you can accurately determine the places where you have to be not at all sweet. If you want to organize your business, do not move to the cities of Western Europe. You simply will not be allowed to develop there. All entrepreneurs of these countries are mostly hereditary, it will be difficult for a stranger to even register a legal entity.
But these countries are optimally suited for life to people who have solid savings and do not want to exaggerate them. It has a calm climate, friendly atmosphere, high standard of living. In America, on the contrary, it is easy to become an entrepreneur, even if you have a small starting capital. But there the laws are very severe, it will be very difficult for a Russian person to adapt to them.
Choose countries that are close to your mentality. It will be difficult for an Orthodox person to live among a population professing a Muslim or Catholic religion. If you plan to build a career, you should go to those countries whose language you are familiar with or close to. For example, in Serbia, Ukraine, Moldova or Bulgaria. The adaptation period will pass there very quickly.
There are several countries that provide the most convenient conditions for visitors. This is Australia, Canada, New Zealand. These countries are interested in emigrants. But getting into them is not so easy. You will need to learn the local language, declare certain amounts and pass certain tests.
The "black" continent is unlikely anyone even wants to consider it as an option. Low standard of living, unusual climate, well-established traditions of the local population. All this will create quite serious difficulties with living.
A good option is the Czech Republic. Indeed, in this country it is quite comfortable, there is a high standard of living, favorable conditions for work (including organizing your own business), and not very high prices for housing and food.
In order not to be mistaken with the choice, you need to read reviews about different countries, communicate with the local population, and think out places for possible work. After all, you have no right to make a mistake in choosing.
