Such an organization can be called in different ways - housing services, REU, etc. The name is indicated on the utility bill. Call the control room, report a problem, ask for the application number and the name of the recipient. You can also contact the management company with a written statement. It is written in free form - as in all documents of this kind, it is indicated to whom the complaint is addressed and from whom it is addressed. Write in which rooms there is no heating.

If the management company does not take any action, contact your local administration. You need a department or committee for managing housing and communal services.
