Cyril Who - one of the most active and original urban romantics and artists. In the past, he participated in the teams “Why?”, No Future Forever, but then he began to engage in individual creativity, looking for interesting objects on the streets. Cyril is trying to deal with dullness, dangerous advertising structures, lack of comfortable public space in cities.

Cyril Who comes from Zelenograd, he was born in 1984. The young man began to pay attention to graffiti in 1996, while he was trying to develop his own style. Cyril was engaged in street art as part of "Why?" (2002-2009) and No Future Forever (2005-2009). He is also the organizer and participant of projects promoting street art, GoVEGAs (2003), Gopstop (2004), Original Fake (2005) and Winery (2006). Who travels to the cities of Russia, where he gives lectures in which he talks about his vision of the world.
He deliberately does not join the groups of street artists, preferring the life of an independent "lone wolf". But Cyril explores this environment, its trends and directions. Sometimes he even publicly criticizes the subculture of graffiti on legal venues and on the streets. His famous projects are: No name no fame no shame (2009), Nobody Calls Anyone (2010), Many Bukof (2010), Holy Empty Places (2011), The Wall.
Cyril Who reminds people that not everything that is pasted or written on the wall is an advertisement. He believes that since society and the media acknowledged the existence of street culture, graffiti has become faceless “poppy” examples of fashionable designs. The conversation with society has disappeared, there is no dialogue. Cyril believes that graffiti should carry an idea, meaning, initiative. Do not shock passers-by, because there is enough fear and horror in real life, namely, to pay attention to the problems of the city, which can be solved by common forces.
The majority of society is indifferent to the existence of homeless people next to it, to what is happening in the world and politics. Street artists weekend wariors, of which there are about five thousand in Moscow, are young and do not put any ideas into their art. Moreover, they are sponsored by companies producing paints in aerosol cans. The street art party began to take control, so it became very difficult to stand out there. Cyril Who goes his own way.
Who does not have an art education. He considers it stagnant, mired in the dogmas of the past, divorced from reality. Cyril creates on the street and in the workshop, where often someone sleeps, everything moves and changes. The young man does not have his own apartment corner, he used to consider the street his house, but now he has matured and recognizes the need for a person to have his own housing.
