Childhood and youth
The irresponsibility of parents negatively affects the fate of children. This postulate has a myriad of confirmations. Igor Pavlovich Kapranov was born on June 15, 1986 in the small town of Sovetsk, which is located within the Kaliningrad region. At this point, the parents of the future musician were living in a divorce. My father worked as a merchant marine sailor. Mother taught drawing at school. Six months after the birth of the child, the parent left him in the care of grandfather and grandmother and left to arrange her fate in the city of Vsevolzhsk, Leningrad Region. Only four years later, she was able to take Igor to her.
At seven, Kapranov went to school. Igor studied well. The boy spent all his free time mastering the technique of playing the six-string guitar. This tool accidentally ended up in the house. Peers at school and on the street were fond of Russian chanson. Kapranov did not like these songs. He carefully mastered rock-style guitar compositions. In high school, Igor met with Taras Umansky, who supported the guitarist in his chosen work. After some time, they began to perform as part of the rock band "Stigmata".
Soloist and guitarist
Since 2001, the group has successfully performed at various venues. I went on tour to neighboring regions. Twice talented performers were invited to Finland. Having no musical education, Igor carefully studied with partners in the collective. It should be noted that for the time being Kapranov did not engage in vocals either. Just intuitively sang lyrics. In 2004, he was invited to perform with the famous rock band Amatori. Igor passed the first test successfully, and he was invited to the main team.
Kapranov's performing career has developed quite successfully. In his songs, he accurately guessed the mood of the youth audience. His single "Black and White Days" brought the group to the next wave of popularity. In 2005, Igor won the Rock Alternative Music Prize. It would seem that life was a success and only rainbow projects and days are ahead. But quite unexpectedly, a popular performer and musician announced the termination of his activities. He decided to spend the rest of his life within the walls of an Orthodox monastery.
