Non-governmental organizations - voluntary associations of individuals or legal entities to achieve common goals and protect common interests. Their main goals do not include making a profit, and potential profit is not distributed among the members of organizations. Registration of public organizations is carried out in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (its territorial body, depending on the region).
