Download the Declaration 2010 program on the Internet http://www.gnivc.ru/decl2010/1.0.1/InsD2010.rar . Every year the program changes, and you need to download a new declaration every reporting year.

In the downloaded program, click the "Specify Conditions" button, select the type of declaration (3-NDFL, 3-NDFL of a non-resident, 4-NDFL), inspection number (depends on the place of residence of the filler), adjustment number, that is, fill in the "General Information" column.

Then, from the proposed list, we select the Taxpayer Attribute, that is, who is the person filling out the declaration: Individual entrepreneur, lawyer, private notary, head of the farm, another individual.

We determine the available income: taken into account by certificates of income of an individual, income under civil law contracts, royalties from the sale of property, etc. We put a checkmark in the paragraph suitable for the taxpayer.

In the next column we confirm the authenticity personally, by the representative - an individual (indicate the name, patronymic, enter the data of the presented document), the representative - legal entity (indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, enter the data of the presented document, print the name of the representative organization.

Click the button "Information about the declarant".

We enter data on the taxpayer, namely: last name, first name, middle name, TIN, date and place of birth.

In the column "Data on citizenship" we select a citizen, if the taxpayer is a citizen of the Russian Federation, or a stateless person, where subsequently you need to indicate the citizen of which country the declarant is, from the drop-down list you need to select the appropriate country.

In the "Information about the identity document" we write the passport data of the taxpayer: series, passport number, when and by whom the document was issued.

Click the "Deductions" button, select standard or social deductions on the toolbar, fill in the required fields and check the appropriate items.

We save the changes in the program, print it in two copies, throw it on a floppy disk and hand it over to the tax office.
