Most often, the letter ends with a farewell expression, then put a comma, and then your name or signature.

A farewell expression ends any letter. Most often, we use something like “Regards” or “Sincerely Yours”. These are the classic endings of the letter, but a bit of a sore point. They are great for business communications, but it’s best not to use them in personal correspondence. Otherwise it will sound pretty cold.

If you are writing a letter to family members, relatives or loved ones, use a more informal way to finish the letter: "Bye", "See you soon", "See you soon", "With Love".
4
When you write a letter to someone you know personally, but you cannot refer this person to your circle of friends, the best way to finish the letter is to use phrases like "I look forward to hearing, " "Bye!" or "Best regards."

When you finish writing a letter from organization to organization, be sure to make sure that the outgoing document is written on your company's letterhead before sending it.
