Instruction manual
1
Take part in the work of the direct line and ask the minister personally by telephone. Officials of higher departments conduct such direct communication with the people about once a year. You can learn about it in advance from the media. In this case, the question must be asked very clearly, quickly and specifically. The problem should affect not only you personally, but, for example, the sphere of activity in which you work: business, healthcare, education. As a rule, an official, having heard about a problem, promises to sort it out and put things in order on this issue, but real changes do not occur immediately.
2
Ask for clarifications in writing that interest you. Write a letter in which formulate the essence of your question, explaining in detail what you see as a violation of the law or what, in your opinion, needs improvement. Send a letter to Moscow to the address indicated on the website of the necessary department. For example, the postal address of the Ministry of Education: 125993, Moscow, GSP-3, Tverskaya St., 11.
3
Leave a question at the front desk of the ministry. It is in every city in the government building. In this case, the answer to your address will, of course, not be sent personally by the minister, but you will receive an explanation.
4
Also, questions, complaints and suggestions of citizens are accepted on the websites of ministries. You will need to leave the following information in order to maintain feedback: real surname, first name, middle name, name of your organization and email address. Your application will be reviewed and a response will be sent to your email inbox. For example, the website of the Ministry of Education and Science: http://mon.gov.ru/obr/vio/query .
5
Whatever method you choose, observe the following requirements: questions should be as clear as possible, correct, and asked essentially. You can’t make emotional claims, insult this or that official, or try to directly accuse someone of negligence and idleness. Such a question simply will not be considered. Make sure that the information you are interested in is not in the public domain. If you are making a proposal, make sure it is really necessary.
