The future singer was born in Tashkent on September 16, 1978. Raikhon's parents were film actors. Otabek Ganiev is the grandson of the famous Uzbek director and actor Nabi Ganiev, who stood at the origins of Uzbek cinema. In the 40s, he shot films "Nasruddin in Bukhara", "Tahir and Zukhra", "Daughter of Ferghana".
