Contact the military commissariat at the place of registration of the enterprise with a statement on the registration of your organization with military records. Attach to the application a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities confirming the registration of the organization in the state register. The submitted application confirms the obligations of the head of the enterprise to take into account, collect and keep up-to-date information on military-liable employees and to provide them to the military commissariat within the time specified by law.

When hiring citizens of the Russian Federation, check the passport for a note on the attitude of the citizen to military service. If you have a draftee or a person liable for military service, ask for your military registration documents. Check their authenticity and the authenticity of the records made in them, the presence of marks on registration on military records at the place of registration. Fill out the employee’s personal card in accordance with the information provided in the military documents.

If you find fakes, inaccuracies, disagreements and unsolved corrections, inform the military commissariat about this. You must do this in cases of non-fulfillment by a citizen of a military duty without providing the relevant documents.

Interview those employees who were hired earlier and determine which of them is subject to military registration at the place of work. Request relevant documents and make additions to personal personnel records.

Every year, verify the information in personal cards with the information entered in the military registration documents. Report on the forms requested by the military commissariat. Until November 1 of each year, provide the military enlistment office with lists of persons of military age who are subject to registration on primary military registration. Information on the hiring or dismissal of employees subject to military registration must be submitted to the military commissariat within two weeks.
