Instruction manual
1
When buying a thing / product, do not forget to take all the accompanying documents - from a cashier's check to a warranty card. This is very important - in case of returning the goods, you do not have to unfoundedly convince the seller that the goods were bought in his store.
2
During the entire warranty period, be sure to keep all receipts and other receipts that you received with the purchase of the goods.
3
If the purchased item turned out to be defective, do not delay - go straight to the store where you made the purchase. Do not make claims in words - it is useless. Be sure and without delay write a request for a refund for defective goods. If the seller is conscientious - statements will be sufficient.
4
If you are unlucky and the seller turned out to be dishonest, do not be very upset - do an expert examination of low-quality goods from an independent expert and attach it to the application.
5
In the event that an unscrupulous seller continues to persist and drag out time - seek help from a lawyer. The appearance of a lawyer in the store works just miraculously - you will immediately be refunded for a low-quality thing, reimbursed for the costs of examination and legal services.
note
If the seller tries to force you to make an examination with a specific expert, do not settle for this. The recommended expert and store owner may have their own personal arrangements.
