Often, when buying goods on the market, consumers do not require a check from the seller. And when the purchased item is of poor quality, people say goodbye in advance with the money spent. And completely in vain. You can return the goods to the seller. If you bought low-quality goods, the seller must replace it, eliminate the shortcomings, or pay for repairs, or return the money. But what if the seller refuses to help you, and you do not have a receipt for the purchase?

Instruction manual
1
Prove that the thing you bought is in this store, tent, outlet. This is not easy to do, as the seller may refuse the fact of the sale. Bring witnesses, people who were with you at the time of the purchase of goods to help.
2
Carefully look at the packaging of the goods, since it is possible to prove that it was purchased at this point of sale with the help of packaging. It may be marked by the seller. The packaging may also be branded, it may indicate the data of the seller.
3
Ask for the documentation of the outlet. As a rule, data on your product should be recorded in it: article number, product serial number.
4
Carefully read the product tag or sales receipt, if you have it. The names of the company or individual entrepreneur may be indicated there.
5
Make a written claim in duplicate if the seller is still unlocked or rude. Your appeal should be concise and clear. Show your demands firmly.
Refuse the asking tone, because you want to achieve justice. Transfer one copy of the claim to the seller, and take the other to yourself. On it, the seller must put a mark on the receipt of the claim, sign or stamp.
If the seller refuses to accept the claim, contact the administration of the shopping center or market. And your question will not be ignored.
6
Do not panic if the entrepreneur accuses you of spoiling things. You can prove that the item was already defective at the time of the acquisition.
Remember that you may require an examination. You also have the right to be present at the meeting so that your interests are not violated. To do this, in a written complaint, request to inform about the time, date and place of the examination.
If the examination confirms that it is you who spoiled the goods, then you will have to pay for the services of an expert, not the seller. But if the examination reveals a defect, then ask the seller to replace the product, or reduce the price of the product, or return a money, or reimburse the cost of repairs.
note
The absence of a receipt from the buyer or other document confirming the fact of purchase is not a reason for refusing to satisfy his requirements.
Useful advice
Defective item can be returned even without packaging.
