First of all, find the contacts of the head office of the company or any representative office, if you can not find the contacts of the central office. Use the internet for this.

Write a letter to the representative whom you could find, or to the head office with an official request for the contact details of the representative responsible for your region. It is possible that you can find the contact details of a representative yourself - then the need for further steps will disappear by itself, but if you can’t find it, write a letter and wait for an answer.

After two days, if you do not receive a response, write a second letter. If even in this case you were not given an answer, get through the contacts you found and request that you be switched to either the person responsible for the regional network or directly to the representative.

If you have been transferred to the head office, describe the situation to the person in charge, request his contact details and inform that you will duplicate the letter to him by e-mail and will wait for the representative’s contacts in the response letter.
