Instruction manual
1
Use extreme caution during the dry season. In general, forest fires occur in late spring, summer and early fall. In all regions, this climate disaster occurs at different times. Nevertheless, for all cases it is useful to dig special trenches between forest land and roads. This will help prevent the possible transfer of fire to trees. This practice is already being introduced everywhere in many countries during a drought.
2
Create patrols in areas of frequent forest fire. Organize special services from the ranks of the Armed Forces, mounted militia or volunteers who were able to patrol especially dangerous territories in shifts. In several regions of our country, such teams were created quite quickly when people realized the whole danger of this cataclysm.
3
Watch out for garbage disposal in forests. These services should perform several practical tasks. The first is to look for a clean environment in the forest. Often, waste in the form of plastic or paper can be the beginning of a huge fire. Make sure that visitors to the forests do not leave them behind. Clean the entire area whenever possible.
4
Punish violators of the fire regime. If someone, after introducing such a situation, begins to make bonfires in the forest, such attempts must be immediately and harshly stopped! It is inept handling even with a small flame leads to disastrous consequences. Penalize citizens for such misconduct and take them out of the forest.
5
Enter fines for scattering cigarette butts. Even the smallest unquenched cigarette can lead to a disastrous forest fire. Deal with intruders in the same way as in the previous case.
6
Limit your visit to the forest during dead wood. Analyze the current situation with forest fires in your area. It may be worthwhile to ban visits to dangerous situations at all. Also organize horse patrols and put up barriers at the entrance to the forest. Be prepared to call the fire department.
