The main reason for failures in exams is usually a lack of knowledge. Of course, in an ideal situation, the examiner should know all the material, be confident in himself, have the ability to clearly and clearly state his thoughts and not be shy in front of the examiner.
But this happens extremely rarely. We all know that many students plan to take the exam without attending lectures for the whole semester - they simply hope to learn everything at the last moment. But, as usual, there is not enough time for everything at once, and part of the material, one way or another, passes by the student. But how to pass the exam if you don’t know anything? First of all, it should be remembered that not a single teacher will be happy if the student prefers to remain silent on the exam. If a student is silent and looks at the teacher with unhappy eyes, such behavior causes only irritation and bewilderment. A silent student is always a problem, first of all, for an examiner, therefore he has a desire to put a mark “unsatisfactory” and remove this question from the agenda. Therefore, even if you are poorly versed in the topic, try not to be silent - you need to say, while mentioning at least something related to the subject under discussion.
Usually the teacher is ready to listen to any answer in order to fetch at least some rational kernel out of it. In addition, a lot depends on what attitude the student will be able to call to himself on the exam. Any teacher is primarily a person who is able to experience the whole gamut of feelings. Therefore, knowing the pain points of the teacher and constructing your answer in such a way as to avoid these points, it is quite possible to pass the exam if you do not know anything. Sometimes for this it’s enough just to take away excessive self-confidence for a while or slightly adjust your appearance. Another problem is the fear of public speaking. A person who is already unsure of himself due to poor knowledge of the material may be further confused because he will have to speak in public. In this case, you should not take a sedative - it dulls thought processes and reduces the speed of the reaction. It is better to ignore the situation and do some simple breathing exercises.
