Instruction manual
1
Contact the passport office in the house management at the place of residence or in the FMS department. Find out in advance the work schedule of these institutions, as they do not receive citizens every day.
2
Write a statement in the prescribed form, informing the migration service about your desire to change the place of registration. In order to deregister, you do not need the consent of the owner of the premises, or other registered residents. However, you will have to give your new address and the city in which you will live, so that "write out to nowhere" you will not succeed.
3
Three days later, come for a passport in which there will be a stamp stating that you are deregistered, and a departure sheet, in which your new address is indicated.
4
Contact the Housing Office or the Office of Migration Services at the new location with these documents. For registration, you will need to submit one of the papers: a certificate of ownership of the premises, a social contract of employment or a statement by the owner of the apartment in which you are going to register. Pay the state fee and expect within three business days. Get a passport with a new stamp.
5
You can slightly reduce the implementation of formal procedures. You have the right to immediately contact the registration authorities in the new place of residence without being discharged from the old apartment. In this case, two stamps will be put on your passport at once: both on deregistration and on a new registration.
6
Remember that military-liable citizens will have to notify the military enlistment office of their new place of registration. In addition, if you move to another city, you will also have to change the TIN.
note
In general, one cannot live without registration in our country. Difficulties may arise when applying for a job, medical care and admission to educational institutions. When you nevertheless decide to get the necessary stamp in your passport, you will also have to pay a fine.
