Getting a job at the prosecutor’s office is a cherished dream of many people in our country. But for this it is not enough to have one diploma of graduation from a state legal higher institution. It is practically impossible to get into this structure of power “from the street”. Sometimes even those who undergo student practice there every year are not suitable for service. The people have gained confidence that without the help of influential friends or relatives working in the prosecutor's office, getting there is completely impossible. But this is not so.

Instruction manual
1
Contact the personnel department of your local prosecutor’s office. There you can find out information about the admission of citizens to the service. They will explain to you the rules of admission in detail and will be given a complete package of forms for collecting documents and referral for medical commission. Gather the relevant documents: passport, photocopies of your parents' passports, a certificate from the local police station about your criminal record, characteristics from your previous place of work or educational institution.
2
After successfully completing the medical commission, you will need to be tested for knowledge of the criminal code and interview with a psychologist. When talking with a psychologist, be prepared for tricky questions and try to make a positive impression and tell about yourself important moments of life that could affect your admission to the service.
3
If you meet all the criteria of service in the prosecutor’s office, then staffing officers will add you to the reserve staff of the department. This means that you will not receive your position immediately, but after the employee leaves or retires. This expectation may drag on for how many years. In order not to sit at home without work waiting for a phone call from the personnel department, you can get a job at the prosecutor’s office and carry out various small assignments. After some time, you can ask your department head to write a report in order to accept you as a staff member.
