There was a period when more often the question sounded radically opposite: how to slope away from the army? Now, thank God, everything is changing. And the question comes to the forefront, how to get into the army if you were deemed unfit for military service?
The question is completely solved, given the moment that there are several categories of validity. Their assignment depends on the state of health and is determined only as a result of passing a medical commission.
As a rule, only people with obvious and severe pathologies are completely unsuitable for the army. For the rest, one way or another, the road is open. True, each of them will have its own name, consonant with the categories of validity: A, B, C, D, and D. Let's go over them a little more.
Shelf life "A" implies that the inductee has absolutely perfect health. “B” - there are minor restrictions. In this case, there is every reason for an urgent appeal. “B” - a conscript is of limited use and is credited to the reserve. His "services" will be needed only in an emergency for the country.
The fitness category “G” implies that the young man is temporarily not suitable for draft due to the presence of some kind of injury that needs to be cured. After treatment, such a young man again undergoes a medical examination.
And the only hopeless case is the “D” fitness category. There are no options - just not.
The chance to join the army is directly dependent on the presence of the following diseases:
- all kinds of severe infections;
- neoplasms;
- obesity;
- diabetes;
- other endocrine diseases;
- mental disorders;
- drug and alcohol addiction;
- epilepsy;
- pathology of the nervous system;
- eye pathology;
- hearing and vestibular disorders;
- pathology of the heart;
- hypertension and vascular pathology;
- pathology of the respiratory system;
- bronchial asthma;
- pathology of teeth, jaws and digestive system;
- gastric ulcer and other digestive tract disorders;
- psoriasis and other skin diseases;
- curvature of the spine and other bone pathologies;
- flat feet;
- malformations;
- lack of physical development;
- enuresis;
- stuttering;
- consequences of injuries;
- food allergy;
- pathology of the kidneys and reproductive system.
Establishment of validity is allowed once. But! If a young man wants to serve in the armed forces and does not agree with the decision of the commission, then this will require appeal against her decision. This can be done in administrative order, immediately after receiving a military ticket, by writing a statement addressed to the military commissar and passing a new medical re-examination.
If the military enlistment office is inactive, there is a more radical method that can be recommended. But, for starters, nevertheless, try all the available methods without resorting to this. You can go to court and appeal the decision of the commission already at least at the district level. Yes, red tape and court fees, and the nerves will be well battered, but if the goal is to use the army inappropriately, and the commission and the military registration and enlistment office do not want to meet, then, as they say, "all means are good in the war."
