You will need
In order to get a Muscovite social card, you need to have a Moscow registration, you will also need to fill out an application form for a card, take a 3x4 photo, have a passport, pension certificate, medical insurance policy and documents confirming your right to receive social support.

Come to your district Social Security Administration and fill out an application form. You can use the instructions that are printed on the back of the questionnaire or contact an employee of the Office for help. There you will be photographed for free.

Along with the application form, you will present your passport, MHI policy, pension insurance certificate and other documents confirming that you are entitled to social support from the state. After the application is completed, you will be issued a temporary social ticket, which will be valid 30 days.

After 15 days, your card will be ready, and you can get it in the same place where you submitted the application form in your regional Social Security Office. At the same time, you will be given instructions on how to use it, a list of organizations / enterprises that provide benefits at a discount program, and a PIN-envelope for access to your personal bank account.

When you issue a Muscovite social card, you will be opened a personal bank account. If you want to transfer your pension to him, write a statement in your regional branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
