Instruction manual
1
Make all the necessary agreements confirming your ownership of the land (sale, gift, exchange). In the event that you inherited the land, issue a certificate with a notary public.
2
Contact the land management organization that has a state license to carry out the necessary work on the geodetic survey of the site, compile technical documentation and submit it to the regional branch of the State Enterprise "Center for State Land Cadastre under the Committee on Land Resources".
3
At the end of the measurement work, land surveyors must draw up, in accordance with the applicable regulations, an act on establishing boundaries on the ground. Sign this act only after it is endorsed by the land surveyors themselves, as well as by adjacent land users (if any).
4
Please note that the establishment of the boundaries of the land on the ground should be carried out in accordance with the land management project, which must be executed before the direct production of the state act and is already stored at the time of its issuance as part of the cadastral file.
5
Register all the necessary documents in the local branch of the Center, namely: - documents (certified copies) confirming your right to own a land plot, - copy of passport and marriage certificate;
- site plan, compiled according to the survey of land surveyors;
- previous state certificate with a mandatory notary mark on the alienation of property, if any (for residents of Ukraine).
6
Within 14 days, receive the cadastral number of the site and state certificate at the Center. Be sure to check if all necessary stamps and signatures are present on this document. The document must be signed by the head of the land department and the head of the local council.
