First of all, remember - you have every right to write any complaint in the complaint book, no matter how insignificant it may be. Too loud music in a restaurant, shouting tellers in a trading floor, inappropriate jokes of a security guard at a car dealership deserve to be complained about. Well, serious misconduct like miscalculation, rudeness or frankly bad service should be noted without fail.

The complaint book is usually kept by the administrator or in the service department. You must provide it upon request. And you, for your part, have the right not to explain to the administrator or other employees exactly what you plan to write. Do not be surprised if you are asked in the store or salon who exactly you want to complain about. This is not an idle curiosity - perhaps the cleaning service or security is related to a completely different legal entity and, accordingly, they should have their own complaint book.

Scroll through the book before reading, and you will understand how this company treats customer complaints. According to the rules for filling out a complaint book, a response must be followed for each complaint - in the special field, the person in charge of the company writes in the measures taken on the complaint and confirms it with his signature. The absence of comments from the representatives of the company is a violation on their part. You have every right to indicate this to the administrator. Ask if the company intends to respond to your complaint.

Set out your complaint on a dedicated page. If you want to complain about a specific employee, indicate his position and surname. If it is not indicated on the name tag, check the name of the employee or administrator. Remember - they do not have the right to discourage and hide the names of employees. If the name of the offender could not be found, mark this in your complaint as a separate line.

You can subscribe or leave the complaint anonymous. Filling in the "Home address" is optional. But if you want the company management to inform you of the results of your claim or to apologize in person, indicate your home or email address and your phone number.
