When getting a job, a person thinks that the information that he worked for a certain time in any place should be entered in his work book. In view of this, the question arises of how to properly arrange the work book.
Today, entrepreneurs who are not individuals can keep a work book. Moreover, the entry in the workbook must be done for each employee who worked for him no more than five days. The situation is simpler with those cases when a person first gets a job in a given enterprise. In this case, the entrepreneur must make sure that the employee was issued a work book on a common basis. But what about those who have been working for a long time, but there were no entries in the work book. In this case, the labor name must indicate the full name of the organization or indicate the TIN and registration number, if it is an individual entrepreneur. Even if the employee has long been accepted, the date must be indicated as actual. For example, if a person has been working with you since January 10, 2000, this date must be indicated, since this affects the interests of the employee. If the employee does not provide, for whatever reason, his old work book, there is no need to start another one, as he still has the old book. This is an administrative violation, for the commission of which a fine is imposed.
In this case, it is better to draw up an act indicating that you wanted to draw up a work book in accordance with all the rules, but could not do this, because the book was not provided. The act must be signed by witnesses. However, more often than not, employees try to provide their work book, as this is in their own interests. If the employee works for the first time with an entrepreneur, it is necessary for him to draw up a work book and issue it.
It is necessary to remember about:
1. Make sure your company has the required supply of work booklet forms.
2. The name of the company or the registration number of the individual entrepreneur must be included in the labor book entries.
3. Make sure that the employer's registration number is also indicated in the employment agreement.
4. Indicate the actual start date for your work.
5. Follow the rules for calculating the work experience of an employee.
