First of all, go to the head physician, to his deputy for the medical work of the hospital or to the head of the department. There you can leave a detailed complaint about the actions of their subordinates. Please note: it is not enough to verbally explain your problem, be sure to fix it in writing. The hospital management has no right to hinder this and, most likely, will not do it. In your complaint, try to be objective and consistent. In no case do not slip to the insults of the hospital staff.

If the complaint to the penalized medical institution did not take effect and you did not receive a response to it within two weeks, you must contact the Health Department or the Department of Health. Contact details can be obtained from your hospital.

At the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Health there is a Public Council for the Protection of the Rights of Patients. You can duplicate your complaint about the work of a medical institution there by calling the hotline +7 (499) 578-02-97. This line operates from 10 to 18 hours (Moscow time) on weekdays. In addition, a complaint about the hospital can be sent by e-mail to the number +7 (985) 122-89-00.

Often people who have not been provided with the proper services in the hospital are united in initiative groups. Try to find like-minded people. Most likely, you are not the only one offended at this medical institution. The more signatures under the appeal you collect, the faster the authorities will respond to your complaints.
