You can also send a letter by fax to (495) 697-42-58. In a written application, you must indicate your name, first name, middle name and mailing address an answer should be sent. The essence of the proposal, statement or complaint should be stated, personal signature and date should be put.

You can send an appeal in electronic form through the official Internet portal of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (a web page with a form for citizens' appeals is http://www.duma.gov.ru/representative/addresses/leave/ ). If the appeal contains embedded materials, it should be sent to the address . Presentation form - as a single file without archiving. Valid formats are txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx, mp3 and avi. The file size should be no more than 1.5 MB (these are the technical limitations of the State Duma postal system).
