Instruction manual
1
Decide how you want to send the letter. There are two possibilities - by regular mail or electronically. The advantage of the email is that your request will be processed faster.
2
If you decide to send an electronic request, go to the website of the President of Russia - Kremlin.ru. On the site, select the "Send Email" tab. Next, click on the red "Send Email" button at the bottom of the page. You will be able to see the form, all the fields of which must be filled. Choose whether you want to receive an answer to e-mail or to a regular mailbox. An e-mail will arrive faster, but the response from the presidential administration on the official form may look more significant if used.
3
Indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, as well as email and regular address and telephone number in the application form. Also choose the country from which you write and the addressee - the president or his administration.
4
Proceed to writing the letter itself. Its volume is limited: the maximum text size is 2000 characters. Write about a specific situation or problem, general questions are not accepted for consideration. Indicate where the events you described occurred. You can also attach a scanned document explaining the situation to the letter.
5
After checking the questionnaire, click on the "Send letter" button. If the letter is received, confirmation will be sent to your email address.
6
If for some reason you do not want to send a message in electronic form, send it by regular mail to the address Moscow, 103132, ul. Illinka 23. Address it directly to the president or his administration. In the letter, also indicate your coordinates for feedback - last name, first name, middle name, address and telephone number. It is better to send a letter with a notification - in this case you will be sure that it has reached the address.
7
You can also contact not only the central office of the administration, but also one of the plenipotentiaries of the president in the federal district. A full list of representatives can be found on the website of the President of Russia in the section on the presidential administration. You can contact the authorized representative using the message sending system on the website of your federal district.
note
If you contact the presidential administration about a court decision that did not suit you, keep in mind that the president cannot officially influence the court decision. The judiciary in Russia is legally separated from the executive. Therefore, an appeal to a higher court will be more productive.
