In the application, indicate either the name of the prosecutor's office to which the appeal is sent, or the name of the prosecutor's employee. By law, as a rule, an application is submitted to the district prosecutor’s office at the sender’s place of residence. You can send the application by mail (be sure to notify) or bring it in person (if you are sure that you can agree with the clerical staff to accept your written request). According to statistics, out of every 10 applications, four to five are registered. The main cause of failures is incorrect design. It is better to come to the office in advance, write off the sample, and then bring the finished statement.

An application to the prosecutor’s office can be typed or written in a legible handwriting. If the text of the complaint cannot be read, the prosecutor has the right to leave it without consideration. In the application, indicate who you are contacting, as well as your last name, first name and patronymic, postal address. Further in free form, but, adhering to the official language, describe the essence of your discontent. You do not need to know legal terms and concepts. Profanity is unacceptable.

Do not flood the prosecutor with numerous complaints. If the statement is written correctly, then the answer will definitely come. By law, 30 days are given to consider an application. Your appeal may be approved, rejected, reviewed or redirected.
