Many do not know how to write a claim letter. For this, several requirements should be observed, which is not at all difficult to do. A claim is a claim of a plaintiff against a defendant regarding fulfillment of any obligations: payment of a debt, compensation of losses, payment of a fine, elimination of defects in a product, item or work done. In most cases, it is enough to write a complaint letter in a free form. Write a signature stamp. Here, indicate the addressee to whom the claim was filed (organization, its full legal name, position of the responsible person and his name), your coordinates (if possible, indicate the full information by which the respondent can send a response).
2
Under the bar write "claim".
3
Next, the essence of the claim is written. Start from the moment when the relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant began to relate to the essence of the claim (from the date of purchase of the thing, signing of the service contract, etc.) Whenever possible, rely on the law in the text of the claim, refer to specific articles.
note
When writing a claim, keep track of literacy, avoid grammatical errors.
Be sure to make a copy of the document, save the spine on the delivery of the letter.
If the claim is accepted for consideration by the organization, ask on the duplicate to put the date of receipt of the appeal and the signature of the person who accepted the document.
Helpful advice
If the claim is not accepted directly at the organization, send it by mail. This should be a registered letter of receipt. Upon receipt of the letter, the sender will receive a notification of delivery (required with the signature of the addressee, or a trusted official).
