The easiest way to write to the Moscow Mayor is to use the services of the Moscow Government’s Internet portal (mos.ru). Go to the main page of the site and click on the red button "Feedback" in the upper right corner. On the new page from the entire list, select "Electronic Reception".

On the next page you will be asked to familiarize yourself with the general rules for receiving letters and the procedure for their consideration. Please note what rules must be followed so that your letter is not ignored. For example, threats and obscene expressions are not allowed, and the Moscow Government does not answer questions that are not related to its competence. After reading the text, click the "Yes" link at the end of the page.

Fill in all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). Indicate information about yourself or the organization on behalf of which you are applying, briefly outline the essence of your letter so that it is redirected to a person competent in this matter.

Write to which authorities you have already applied for help and attach the necessary electronic documents as evidence or as a good example. Please note that the attached file must be in the format: txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx and not exceed 5 MB.

Write a paper letter to the mayor. Address to be indicated on the envelope: 125032, Moscow, st. Tverskaya, house 13. In the line "to whom" indicate: address in room number 103, entrance number 5. Make a copy of the letter to get a stamp on the receipt of the document.
