In January 2014, Russian President V.V. Putin accepted the resignation of the current governor of the Chelyabinsk region and appointed a new one - Boris Alexandrovich Dubrovsky. To get an appointment personally with the governor, you must first make an appointment with the Office for Work with Citizens' Appeals. But the head of the region does not approve everyone for a personal appointment; he asks many to contact him in writing. The letter can be sent by regular mail, to an e-mail address or through the Governor's Internet reception.
How to write a letter
The essence of the problem must be correctly stated in the text of the letter. Contact the governor by name and patronymic in a respectful tone. The letter must contain the full contact information of the applicant citizen - last name, first name, patronymic, postal and valid email address, phone number, personal signature and date. If necessary, copies of documents must be attached to the appeal. You must specify the method of response to your letter - to an email or postal address. When applying electronically, they ask for consent to the processing of personal data.
Written appeal will not be considered if the letter does not indicate the name and surname of the citizen and the return address where the answer should be sent. They will also be refused consideration if the applicant’s handwriting is not readable, the letter contains insulting expressions and in case of repeated appeal to the governor with the same question.
The letter, if correctly worded, will be registered and considered within 30 days from the date of registration. Appeals related to emergency situations and the rights of the child are considered in a shorter time.
