Sometimes life circumstances are not the best. Driven to despair in the struggle for their rights, and sometimes believing in the highest justice, citizens turn to deputies. And often to the president himself. However, their requirements may be left without consideration, and sometimes even without reading due to incorrect design.
Instruction manual
1
Remember that the procedure for considering citizens' appeals is regulated by the relevant law of the Russian Federation, according to which the preparation of such papers must meet certain requirements. Based on this, carefully think over the text, clearly and concisely formulate a request, a question, indicating the specific assistance that you expect from the deputy. Do not forget to list the documents, articles of the law that give you the right to a positive decision by the authorities. First of all, indicate whether the laws are violated against you or the persons whose interests you are, or simply describe in detail the circumstances of the case.
2
Please indicate if you applied to the local authorities to solve the problem, if so, which ones and describe the answers given to you by the representatives of these authorities, attaching to the appeal photocopies of your requests and the solutions proposed by the authorities.
3
Write down in detail the address and name of the state body or body of local self-government, or the surname, name, patronymic of the official to whom you are contacting. Leave your coordinates in the letter to receive a response or notification of the forwarding of your application. Since if the competence of the deputy does not allow you to solve your problem, then within a week from the date of registration, your message should be sent to the right address. A correctly executed appeal must be registered within three days from the date of receipt.
4
Keep in mind that the established procedure allows you to ignore statements written inaudible and unreadable or not containing your last name and return postal address. As well as the texts of documents, including offensive language, obscene language or threats against a representative of the authorities.
