Instruction manual
1
First of all, it should be understood that the spelling of a surname in English letters (transliteration) has several options. For example, a surname ends with "i". It can be written in four ways: "yi", "y", "ii", "ij". Or the surname ends with "yl". The endings in transliteration can be: "ilev", "ylev". Choose all possible spellings of the name of the person you are looking for and write them out separately.
2
There are common patterns for writing an email address. Often, the first letter of a person’s name is put first. For example, Ivan Petrov will look like i.petrov. It is more difficult if the first letter of a person’s name begins with a sound, which is indicated by two English letters. For example, Fedor, in English Ф is designated as Ph. Fedor can also be written in the English manner of Theodor or Theodore. Then we can get two options for designating the first letter of the name: "p" and "t".
3
There are many options for writing and separating the first and last names in the email address. If we take the “Ivan Petrov” sample, we can cite the following patterns as an example: petrov @, i.petrov @, i_petrov @, i-petrov @, ipetrov @, ivan.petrov @, ivan_petrov @, ivan-petrov @,
4
If you know the middle name of the person you want to find, you can try to use it in creating an email template. Let's take our example: "Ivan Sergeevich Petrov." As a result, you may get such patterns: ispetrov @, is-petrov @, ispetrov @, you should also consider the age of the person you are looking for. If this person is not young, it is more likely that he will use his name and patronymic in the address.
5
You just have to do the last - find out what exactly stands after the @ icon. If you know the place of work of the person who interests you, you can look at the website of the company in which he works and what kind of corporate e-mail is there. If you do not know the place of work, there are well-known mail servers. After the @ icon, you can safely put mail.ru, gmail.com, yandex.ru, inbox.ru, bk.ru, list.ru. Nowadays, almost every person, in addition to corporate and home mail, has a mailbox on one of these servers. Your letter will certainly find its recipient.
note
The number of free mail servers is growing steadily. If in doubt, be sure to check out the new, recent servers.
Useful advice
Do not duplicate the entry in capital and capital letters, for mail servers there is no difference in this.
