Every year on our planet, the environmental situation is deteriorating. Thousands of tons of hazardous waste are dumped into rivers and other bodies of water, hectares of forests are cut down, and many animal species are on the verge of extinction. In such a situation, help and respect for nature on the part of each person are not only very important, but also simply necessary.
Instruction manual
1
Start helping nature with everyday activities. If you find an unnecessary piece of paper in your pockets, do not throw it away on the street. Reach the nearest urn or throw it at home. The same should be done with cigarette butts, used chewing gum and any other rubbish.
2
After putting things in order on your site, collect garbage, dry grass and fallen leaves in the bags intended for this purpose, which then throw them into containers. Never burn it. Over the summer, all plants collect many poisons and compounds of heavy metals, which with smoke rise into the air, settle on the ground and in the lungs of a person. It is especially dangerous to burn polymer materials (rubber, paints, plastic bags, disposable tableware), because when they burn, they form dangerous toxic substances that contribute to the development of many serious diseases.
3
Buy products in eco-friendly packaging. Give preference to products in glass or paper bags. Their processing is much faster and safer than, for example, plastic and polyethylene containers. And try not to purchase items in excess packaging.
4
Reuse containers. Plastic cups can be adapted for seedlings, boxes for storage of dishes or other things. Well, plastic bags are generally practically immortal.
5
Give unnecessary things to other people. Clothing, toys or old furniture can always come in handy for someone. So you will help not only nature, but also people in need.
6
Save water and energy. Having decided to swim, choose a shower instead of a bath. Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth, because while you are working with a brush, a lot of water is poured out absolutely in vain. When washing or washing dishes, do a small pressure of water. Turn off unnecessary electrical appliances from the mains.
7
Perhaps, thanks to such trifles, your children will be able to see many types of plants and animals live, and not in the pictures in the book, breathe cleaner air and swim in the sea without fear.
