Instruction manual
1
Special preparations for the battle begin 10-15 days before the competition. It includes physiological, technical, tactical and psychological training. At the time of the battle, your health must be excellent. Therefore, pre-do tests and listen to your well-being. A painful condition leads to a loss of confidence and attention.
2
Constantly train, because good endurance, speed and other qualities develop throughout all sports activities, and in the last days before the competition they only reach the highest form. Do not violate previously established rhythms and forms of training, do not begin to learn any new techniques or actions. Focus your attention on improving the technical and tactical skills that you are good at.
3
A significant role in preparing for the competition is played by the psychological setting. Develop confidence in victory and maintain a good, high spirits. Fight, of course, places a great responsibility on the athlete, but do not overload your brain with it.
4
Maintain your usual sleep, diet, exercise, and relaxation. Its abrupt change negatively affects the body, which needs time to readjust to a new schedule. It is only allowed to reduce the intensity of morning workouts so that the athlete does not feel exhausted by the end of the day.
5
Maintain the necessary weight in advance: gaining and dropping it in the last days before the fight is not recommended.
6
Try to learn as much as possible about the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy and develop a tactical battle plan. Get ready for battle in a hurry, check to see if you took all the things with you so that you don’t get nervous about a forgotten item. Before the fight, ask that you make a preliminary short-term massage. It will prepare the musculo-ligamentous apparatus for hard work and reduce the degree of nervous excitement.
note
Before the fight, you need to warm up. It takes 20-30 minutes and includes a set of familiar exercises. Calculate the warm-up time so that the interval between the warm-up and the start of the fight does not exceed 5 minutes. Since a long passive wait relaxes the athlete.
Helpful advice
Prefer a sportswear that is comfortable and not constraining movements, it is desirable that it has already been tested in previous battles.
