Biography
The future star was born in the city of Semipalatinsk (Kazakhstan), July 22, 1978. In 1990, Irina moved with her family to Zarinsk (Altai Territory).
Parents who were musicians themselves instilled in their daughters a love of art from childhood. However, unlike the sister of Polina, who was not interested in musical creativity, the four-year-old Ira found a talent for singing. At age 11, the young talent performed a song called "Dad, take me with you, " specially written for her by her father. In the pope’s music studio, the talented Ira recorded her first album “I Want to Be a Star”, a number of songs from which were written by the singer herself. Four years later, Irina first learned what real success was. At the age of 15, a rising star became the winner of the regional contest "Stars of the Province", held in the city of Ozerki, where she won first place.
Creation
Irina Ortman began her career with the Barnaul College of Music, and after graduation she continued to receive education at the Moscow College of Art. Along with studying at the school, the student acted at events in a restaurant with a repertoire specially prepared for her, and plucked a sea of applause, despite the fact that it was rather difficult for the sophisticated audience to like.
Irina moved to Moscow in 1997. During this period, the future star offers of cooperation began to come one after another. At first she worked at the Renat Ibragimov Variety Song Theater, and later became a member of the White Eagle group, known at that time. In parallel with the main work, Irina passed all kinds of castings in musicals and groups.

Irina did not become the winner of the project, but reached the finals and, together with Lesia Yaroslavskaya, Nastya Krainova and Masha Weber, presented the Tutsi group and her solo song “Change”, which to this day is the singer’s visiting card. The popular four recorded two albums, The Most-Most and Cappuccino, some of which became real hits. The group also released clips for the songs “I Love Him” (2005), “Bitter Chocolate” (2005), “By Itself” (2006), “One Hundred Candles” (2006). In this composition, the four toured not only throughout the country, but also abroad.
In 2005, Irina graduated from the Faculty of Music of the Institute of Contemporary Art, receiving a diploma in "Musical Pop Art. Jazz Pop."
Irina Ortman began her solo career in 2010, refusing to renew her contract with Tutsi producer Viktor Drobysh.
In the same period there was a plot about Irina in the documentary "Neighbors". The action took place in apartment buildings, densely populated by people with different fates and stories. Irina Ortman also told one of them. In a small passage, the singer spoke about the good relations of her housemate in one of the towns near Moscow - Orekhovo-Zuevo.. It was in the first years of her life away from her home when Irina just arrived to conquer the city from the province. Things did not go well at first, sometimes there was no money even on the subway, and at times I had to go hungry. At such moments, neighbors came to the rescue. In the case of a neighbor, noticing that the girl was not leaving the apartment, she brought her a plate of borsch. Moved Irina still recalls this story with warmth.
2012 was for Ortman a period of participation in an extreme TV show. She could be seen in the reality of "Cruel Intentions." A little later, the girl became a member of the project "Big Race".
In 2014, the singer released the first, and in fact already the second, if you count recorded in childhood, an album called "Plagiarism".
Since 2017, the name Ortman has been known in the charity community. Irina began to take part in various charity events, including events such as "Let's Help Together", "Let's Build a Temple Together."
