The cheapest housing in major cities of Russia
According to the data for 2014, Stavropol and Novokuznetsk are fighting for the first place in the list of large cities of Russia (more than half a million residents) with the cheapest housing. One square meter of living space in the secondary market will cost the buyer 37-40 thousand rubles, however, there are more expensive offers - in the field of elite real estate and new buildings of increased comfort, but even the cost does not exceed the limit of 45-50 thousand rubles. The main part of the housing stock of these cities is old houses, including Khrushchev, and the demand for new housing exceeds supply, since there are not enough new houses being built.
