Since there was no one to look after the boys in the summer, they spent a lot of time in the cinema, where their parents sent them to almost all daytime sessions. It was at that time that Edgar became interested in cinema and began to dream of creating his own films.
Once Edgar saw a documentary about the filming of the famous film "The Evil Dead". He was so impressed with the filming process that he decided to shoot his first short film on his own, writing a script for him and inviting his friends to play in his picture. According to Edgar himself, his youthful work was too funny and primitive, but this did not stop the young man from soon getting a prize at one of the television competitions.
