The main duty of a soldier is to comply with the commander’s order and report on it. Do not reason but execute. Today there are very few such people in Russia. Andrei Bocharov can rightfully be called the defender of the Motherland or a soldier of the Fatherland.
Starting conditions
Andrei Ivanovich Bocharov was born on October 14, 1969 in an ordinary Soviet family. The boy's parents at that time lived in the city of Barnaul. The child was brought up according to established traditions. Andrey, from his young nails, got used to helping his mother with the housework. He worked in the garden. He was going to school or for a walk on his own. In those days, many boys dreamed of a military career. Nobody knew about the profession of politics. Bocharov could not even imagine how people live, endowed with authority.
At school, Andrei studied well. He was systematically engaged in physical education. After the eighth grade, he entered the Moscow Suvorov School. Then he continued his studies at the famous airborne school, which is based in the ancient city of Ryazan. Bocharov liked military service, and he diligently performed his command duties. When hostilities unfolded in the Caucasus, the paratroopers took an active part in it. Fulfilling the next command order, Senior Lieutenant Bocharov called the fire of his artillery, as they say, on himself.
On the political wave
For his selfless act and brilliant fulfillment of the task, Bocharov was presented to the title of Hero of Russia. The combat officer continued to serve in the armed forces until 2004. After his discharge to the reserve, he was involved in managerial work in civilian life. Andrei Ivanovich received a specialized education at the Academy of Public Administration, and took the post of deputy governor of the Bryansk region. This was followed by movements in various posts and positions. Bocharov worked for two terms as a deputy of the State Duma.
In Bocharov’s biography, a short line successively marks all the steps of the career ladder. In this case, emotional coloring or evaluative formulations are not given. In this context, it should be emphasized that the problem of training personnel for work at the federal level has always been an acute one. Andrei Bocharov has the basic managerial skills and may well qualify for the highest positions in the structure of state power.
