What a child does not like to listen to fairy tales. And if even these tales are told by a peer girlfriend in a quiet corner of a summer park, then the surrounding world ceases to exist. That was exactly what Tatyana Ivanovna was in her childhood.
Childhood
Originally Tatyana Alexandrova from Kazan, she was born on January 10, 1929 with her twin sister Natasha. But it so happened that her childhood passed in Moscow. The parents of the girls, and they had an older sister, were always busy: mom was a doctor, often had to be on duty at night, dad, a participant in the civil war, spent a lot of time on business trips, he was an engineer in forestry, supervising logging enterprises and lumbering.
The girls often stayed at home with the nanny, the Volga peasant woman Matrena Fedotovna Tsareva, Matreshenka. Together they celebrated all the housework, needlework, and in the evenings they listened to long and interesting stories about village life, about brownies, gobbies, kikimors. She also knew many tales, sayings, sayings.
Tanya and Natasha started drawing early, and when they grew up, they began to attend an art studio led by T.A. Lugovskaya, a talented theater artist.
With the outbreak of war, I had to leave for evacuation, where a 13-year-old girl replaces the kindergarten teacher, adult hands were needed for more difficult work. It was there, taking the kids, Tatyana begins to invent and tell tales.
They helped the girl, and when she drew her wards to keep the children in place. The young teacher also taught children to draw.
After returning to Moscow and graduating from school, both sisters enter institutions requiring knowledge of drawing, Natasha chose architecture, and Tanya became a student at VGIK, the animation department.
Fairy tale
After graduating, Tatyana, by distribution, goes to work as an animator at the Soyuzmultfilm studio. Then there was a teaching job at the Pedagogical Institute, the management of the studio of the Palace of Pioneers.
But everywhere, wherever she worked, a fairy tale accompanied her. Artistic images gradually gained literary design.
In the "Bookcase", one of the storyteller's first works, contains eight books. The next was a series of puppet books, united under the general name "Toy School". In the 77th, her famous "Kuzka" was published. The writer herself created the drawings for her works. However, they were not accepted for book design - she was not a member of the Union of Artists.
