Short biography of Alexander Yatsenko
In an ordinary Volgograd family on May 22, 1977, the future theater and film actor was born. Despite the average childhood and admission to the local Institute of Radio Engineering, which was not justified from the point of view of realizing his abilities, Alexander was able to reorient himself to the theater stage. The first successes and recognition of the audience he received at the Tambov University named after Mikhail Derzhavin. A very talented team of students who subsequently chose an acting path was selected here.
After receiving a diploma of graduation, Yatsenko went to polish his acting skills on the stage of a high school in his native city, where he was a teacher. It was here that, ironically, the students of Mark Zakharov noticed him: Sergey Frolov, Dmitry Dyuzhev and Olesya Zheleznyak. And then there was GITIS, a film debut in the third year in the drama comedy "Chic" and expulsion due to a fight from an educational institution four months before graduation.
The actor became really famous after the successful film work in the project of Andrei Proshkin "Soldier Decameron" in 2006, for which the actor received the prize of the III Moscow festival of Russian cinema "Moscow Premiere". And then there was the Kinotavr prize for the role of Misha in the film I Hurt Alexey Balabanov and recognition by GQ magazine as the most promising actor in Russian cinema.
