The future master of professional boxing was born in Moscow on July 7, 1941. Victor came to boxing at the age of thirteen. At first, he was engaged under the strict guidance of an experienced coach V. Konkov. Vladimir Frolovich instilled in the young boxer a non-standard manner of conducting a duel.
