The beginning of the biography
Gisele Bundhend was born in 1980 in Brazil. The family was large, and Giselle had a twin sister, who also dreamed of becoming a model. Girls grew up with real beauties, they inherited bright appearance, blond hair and blue eyes from German ancestors. Additional bonuses were high growth and a flawless figure.
At school, Gisele was fond of sports, especially loved volleyball. The girl planned a professional sports career, but fate decreed otherwise. In one of the eateries in Sao Paulo, Gisele was noticed by a representative of a large modeling agency and invited her to sample. Parents were against such a career, they dreamed that the daughter received an education and acquired a more reliable profession. However, the girl decided to try and moved to Sao Paulo, signing her first contract.
Career
Another career push was the beauty contest among models. Giselle took 4th place in it, but attracted the attention of buyers of the most famous model agencies. She received several interesting invitations and after a couple of years she moved to the United States, where career horizons were much wider.
Luck from the start was on the Bundchen side. The girl had to learn English at an accelerated pace, run through the auditions, get used to the rhythm of the metropolis. She was helped by determination, innate discipline, and efficiency. Just 2 years after arriving in the United States, she received the flattering title of “Millennium Model” and signed contracts, which most beginner fashion models could only dream of.
By 2000, Giselle actively starred in commercials, participated in major shows, became the face of Victoria's Secret brand. Starting with a fairly average amount, after 6 years, the Brazilian renewed the contract with the linen brand, and the figure in it has already become seven-digit.
The Bundchen piggy bank has film roles. They were not too big, but memorable - the model participated in the filming of "The Devil Wears Prada" and "New York Taxi". If desired, Giselle could be successful in the movie, but she was more attracted to the career of the model. In 2011, Giselle became the face of the Givenchy fashion house, and later herself launched a cosmetic line of environmentally friendly creams.
