Biography
Vladimir Presnyakov - a Russian composer, singer, actor, musician and arranger - was born in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg) in 1968, March 29.
Childhood
From childhood Vladimir became acquainted with the world of music. Since his parents are also famous people. Father, Vladimir Petrovich, is a saxophonist. Mother, Elena Petrovna, is a vocalist. In 1975, parents moved to Moscow and worked in the famous vocal and instrumental ensemble "Gems". Despite the popularity of parents, Vladimir’s childhood can’t be called a comfortable one.
The beginning of a musical career
From an early age, Presnyakov Jr. went on tour with his parents. Composed his first song at 11 years old. In the capital, he went to study at the Moscow Choral School. Sveshnikov, in which Volodya also distinguished himself with his rebellious disposition. Presnyakov studied reluctantly and even poorly. He liked to skip classes, which greatly upset his parents. Vladimir was expelled from the school in 1982, and he went on tour on his own with the group Cruise. There he performed songs of his own composition "Red Book", "Old Tale", "Cat". Education Vladimir received in the Moscow school named after the October Revolution. In 1983, the career of a popular artist was at stake. The thing is that he lost his voice. First success As a student, Presnyakov Jr. began performing in the restaurant of singer Laima Vaikule. Then at one of the concerts his singers liked the members of the film crew "Above the Rainbow". After the performance, Vladimir was asked to record several songs for this film. Among them were: "Zurbagan", "Puss in a Sack", "Roadside Grass Sleeps, " "Photographer" and "Islands". The painting "Above the Rainbow", released in 1986, brought Presnyakov Jr. the first admirers.
