Having changed the well-known phrase, one can justifiably say that politicians are not born. People come into politics who do not agree with the current state of affairs in society. Democratic mechanisms in the Russian state have not yet reached their perfect form. To date, a significant social group of people has formed in the country who call themselves opposition to the ruling elite. Active opposition figures include Vladimir Stanislavovich Milov. He is known for harshly criticizing the activities of the president and government.

Preparatory stage
Each adequate person projects his future. To achieve your goals, you need to get the appropriate education and practical skills. A theoretically trained specialist in a short time is able to master a particular profession in production or in another field of activity. Vladimir Milov was born on June 18, 1972 in the city of coal miners Kemerovo. The boy lived in hot India for several years, where the head of the family was sent to work in the mining industry. The biography of the politician says that after school he took a course at Moscow Mining University.
In 1994, Milov received a diploma and joined the Research Institute of Coal Engineering. The career of a young specialist was not bad. Vladimir showed a high level of theoretical training. He regularly went "into the field", where he discussed with workers and engineers the technical parameters of new machines and mechanisms. At that time, radical reforms were carried out in the country's economy. The transition of the national economic complex to market principles proceeded painfully and was not unambiguously evaluated by specialists. For his part, engineer Milov put forward several sensible suggestions.
The creativity of the young manager was appreciated in the government and offered him a position in the Federal Energy Commission. The tasks before this structure were set by those responsible. First of all, it was necessary to balance the production and consumption of electricity. The destruction of intersectoral relations led to a massive reduction in production. An excess of electricity was generated in the federal wholesale capacity market. In turn, this led to the shutdown of thermal and hydraulic power plants. Milov and a team of effective managers had to puzzle over complex problems and contribute to stabilizing the situation.
Despite the titanic efforts of the economic reform team, serious mistakes were not avoided. Since 2001, Vladimir Milov has been working in the "fire" mode. The Ministry of Economic Development urgently needed to conduct an examination and evaluate the energy assets that are planned to be put up for privatization. This problem was solved in a timely manner. After that, Milov is appointed adviser to the Minister of Energy. Almost six months have passed and his status is rising - Vladimir Stanislavovich holds the position of Deputy Minister for Strategic Development.

On the political wave
In the fall of 2002, Milov decided to leave his post in the government. In his opinion, officials make many important decisions based on inaccurate data. In turn, this leads to additional costs and does not allow to obtain the estimated rate of return. Knowing thoroughly the existing decision-making system, he heads the Institute for Strategic Development of the Fuel and Energy Complex. There is no room for creativity in this structure. Only real data, only accurate calculation, only targeted financing. But there is no request for the services of the institute.
In autumn 2008, Milov joined the famous democratic movement "Solidarity". At the first congress of the movement he was elected to the governing bodies. An experienced speaker and knowledgeable expert is respected by members of the political council. However, soon in the ranks of the movement, disagreements begin to develop into strife. It does not stay away from heated debates and Milov. As a result, he had to leave the ranks of this organization and engage in the formation of a more effective structure. A new party called "Democratic Choice" was created with the intention of attracting people who are dissatisfied with the current situation in the country.
That was what happened at first. For five years, the party declared itself to be crowded marches and rallies. The number of active members has grown. However, over time, a marked decrease in activity. In particular, the poor organization of the process for conducting the 2014 election campaign contributed to this. Then the party did not even manage to nominate its candidates to the Moscow City Duma. This "puncture" was recorded on the account of Vladimir Milov. Disagreements among opposition movements are not new to Russian citizens. And this time, the next stage of consolidation ended in serious contention.
