Many experts were critical of such a young politician, but he himself is full of optimism, confident in his abilities and that he can be useful to his voters. Basil regularly puts forward initiatives, many of which may well be implemented.

In one of these, Vasily Vlasov began his career. Almost immediately after joining the party, he proved himself as an initiative member of the association, for which he was entrusted with the leadership of an entire branch in the capital.

Deputy initiatives
Almost immediately after receiving the mandate, the youngest State Duma deputy was included in the Council on Sport, Culture, Youth Affairs and Tourism. Three years later, he became deputy chairman of the committee on land relations, property and natural resources.
Of the initiatives that the deputy Vasily Vlasov put forward for discussion in the State Duma, the following proposals are worth noting:

These initiatives of the deputy were not supported by colleagues, they were rejected immediately.
In 2018, Vlasov proposed creating a single platform for debate, where everyone who nominates their candidatures in the State Duma elections could voice their programs and discuss. But this proposal was left without attention. His recommendations on amending Article No. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred and enmity, humiliation of human dignity) were also rejected.
